At Tellepsen, we've designed our career paths with flexibility and growth in mind. Our team members expand their skillset and find opportunities that transform their career.
Leaders are made here.
The Tellepsen Internship Program takes students out of the classroom and right on the jobsite for an immersive, hands-on experience of what building complex and significant projects is all about. Tellepsen Interns are given the freedom to take on as much responsibility as possible to gain the experience necessary to jumpstart their career.
Our program is designed to identify the best talent and curate opportunities that will lead to their growth as tomorrow's leaders. From a competitive pool of top students across the nation in an accredited A/E/C (architecture/engineering/construction) program, we select a limited number of individuals for this life-changing experience.
Since 1909, our leadership has looked ahead and asked, "What can we do to be part of something greater than ourselves?" If you are someone who wants to know the answer to that question, you might be the right fit for joining The Tellepsen Family and improving the Greater Houston community.
It's never been just about construction. Our clients, partners and competitors know who we are, and who we are is built on The Tellepsen Standard.
Tellepsen provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, amnesty, or veteran status.
