Tellepsen’s development program is the perfect tool for new graduates to advance their careers, build upon past experience and their education while exploring a variety of career options. New graduates complete specific learning processes in each key area of our business through a rotation in the field, estimating, and project management. We call this the Fast Track Development program, and it represents Tellepsen’s commitment to the on-going growth and advancement of our employees throughout their careers.
