The new Hewlett Packard Enterprise headquarters includes 446,000 square feet, which consists of approximately 330,000 square feet of offices and amenities and 100,000 square feet of a server (data center), bench lab, and specialty labs. The amenity spaces include an executive briefing center, cafeteria to support approximately 3,000 employees, fitness center, health center/pharmacy, conferencing center, and shipping and receiving. The space is designed with a focus on high-end finishes and extensive use of technology. The campus brings world-class amenities and vibrant design elements, and holds HPE's core research and development operations.
