YMCA of Greater Houston

The Tellepsen family has been a partner with the YMCA to build strong communities for four generations of Tellepsen CEO’s. In addition to their volunteering and philanthropic support of the Y, the Tellepsen team has completed numerous projects including the spectacular downtown YMCA and the rebuilding of the McWilliams YMCA after Hurricane Harvey. These showcase projects set the standard for what a Y can be and we once again are partnering with Tellepsen to reimagine our Y’s for the next decade of impact. We look forward to many more successful projects with the Tellepsen team.

TECO

Tellepsen’s done a lot of work for TECO, including plant expansion, equipment installation and a lot of distribution work. It’s highly technical and extraordinarily important to the growth in the Texas Medical Center.

American Cancer Society - Houston Hope Lodge

I can’t say enough about how Tellepsen stepped up, going above and beyond to keep required procedures on track with the various departments within the City of Houston’s Building Authorities, and the subcontractors on task, over the past 60 days! We are so much closer to being able to serve cancer patients in need of life saving treatment!

William Ethier, American Cancer Society, Houston Hope Lodge

JLL

Cell Medica, Inventure, DBR, and JLL have all felt that Tellepsen Interiors looked after the best interests of the team, and more importantly, the client. During preconstruction, they helped determine the best way to salvage the lab casework and offered cost saving solutions...

Christian Peterson, Vice President, JLL

Houston Methodist

Just wanted Tellepsen to know how much I appreciate y’all. Houston Methodist Baytown has had a lot of success in 2019, both financially as well as operationally. Being able to succeed in these areas plus successfully complete a major construction project would not have been possible without your team. Thank you!!

Jarren Garrett, COO, Houston Methodist Baytown

Now that we are finishing up the controls for Hunter Hall, I wanted to take a minute and express our appreciation for the work Tellepsen has done. They have gone above and beyond in completing this project. We appreciate them working with us on long-term resolutions for the STEM and REC buildings and have done so much extra for us. We will be building more projects in the future and I will be recommending using Tellepsen. I have always believed good companies are built by having good employees.

XTO Energy

Working with Tellepsen, we get a knowledgeable contractor who helps us manage our projects in a proactive manner which drives our team’s ability to manage schedule and costs effectively. Our partnership allows us to work together for the good of the project with an open dialogue on cost and execution risks. This allows us to plan and forecast with a greater deal of accuracy which benefits our overall capital program.

Justin Murez, Senior Engineer, XTO Energy – a subsidiary of ExxonMobil

Thermal Energy Corporation

Our contractor Tellepsen did some great work in the heart of the medical center. We dug 40-foot pits and open-cut major streets, all without issue. It was an amazing feat. I’m pretty proud of that. Those projects are now done and all surfaces restored. You’d never even know we were there.

Jess Harper, Senior Project Engineer, Thermal Energy Corporation

Memorial Park Conservancy

Thank you for your team’s above-and-beyond work to accommodate and support our tree moving activities this week. With your support and partnership, we are able to save approximately 200 trees by relocating them, with the large live oak requiring the most coordination with and support from your team...We sincerely appreciate your partnership and are very happy to be continuing our work together.
