The Tellepsen Interiors team brings a commitment to the Tellepsen Standard to projects in a wide range of industries including healthcare and education institutions, corporations and commercial office tenants. We’re known in the industry for our flexibility, quick problem-solving and highly experienced team members.

Our concrete company specializes in site concrete, foundations, tilt-wall and elevated concrete for new construction and renovations. We work proactively with flexible project delivery models and act as a reliable partner for complex projects in multiple markets, including mixed-use, multi-family, higher education and healthcare.

Tellepsen Industrial, our multi-discipline, self-performing industrial construction services firm, has the capacity to perform projects from a few hundred work hours to over 2 million. We are powered by a loyal craft following, industry-leading project management tools and techniques, and a 20,000 square foot fabrication shop, located in the heart of the Houston Ship Channel.

Our services company, Tellepsen Services, is highly flexible with the capacity to self-perform interior finishes with our skilled trade workers, problem-solving faster while controlling safety, schedule and cost. We launched Tellepsen Services in the second quarter of 2019 as a response to our customers who were looking for a quality option to provide construction services to close out a project that do not fit with the Tellepsen Builders or Tellepsen Interiors project delivery models.
