About the Project
The Perry Family YMCA is a technologically advanced fitness center created to serve the community through programs that promote health, wellness, and education. It also promotes strengthening of families and builds stronger relationships in the League City community. The technologically advanced fitness center is a 35,800 square foot building which features a state-of-the-art wellness center with over 60 cardio equipment stations. Each station provides personal viewing screens and online fitness evaluations updated with each workout. There is also an outdoor heated lap pool, family pool, water park and locker rooms to enhance community programs. Childcare facilities, teaching kitchen, chapel, outdoor pavilion, and group exercise rooms complete the complex.
