There’s no doubt that Howard Tellepsen has seen numerous projects get completed since he started leading the 112-year-old, family-owned construction business, Tellepsen, in the 1970s.
Still, he can remember the details of each project, like when the two spires at the top of St. Martin’s Episcopal Church, where the late George and Barbara Bush attended church at 717 Sage Road, were hoisted on cranes and installed. That was a public event, he said, and Barbara Bush was there to watch it happen.
