The Evelyn Rubenstein Jewish Community Center broke ground with Tellepsen serving as general contractor on its home alongside Brays Bayou after suffering flooding damage from Hurricane Harvey. This multimillion-dollar renovation and expansion will add 125,000 square feet of new space.
