About the Project

A new mission critical facility for a major utility company mandated by governmental regulations tied to Homeland Security, the 160,000 square foot facility is comprised of two major components – operations and data center. The building was constructed on a 5-acre tract adjacent to the company’s high voltage substation and service center. Phase I is 83,000 square feet and comprised of control facilities along with office and technical space.
