About the Project

Tellepsen conducted renovations to this 200,000 square foot, 7-story office building, rebuild of the curtain wall, and build-out of tenant and public space. This project also included renovation and a single story addition to an existing 3-level parking garage. This was a corporate relocation project to house the Public Taxing Authority for all of Harris County.
