About the Project

The YMCA Duncan Interior Renovation project consisted of a 21,317 GSF remodel of the lobby, in addition to adult and youth locker rooms, conversion of the lounge to a multi-use space containing an office, main hallways, spin studio, and work-out studios, along with the demolition of three offices which were converted to an open area creating a large Intergen room. Additional detailed work included the demolition and abatement; new PolyCore and Impact lockers in the Wellness Center, women's locker room, and main corridor; new toilet partitions in adult locker rooms; new acoustical ceilings, new LVT flooring, Kinetex carpet tiles, and rubber base throughout; painting of walls and Gypsum board ceilings; new ceiling fans in studios; new LED lighting; and upgraded manual flush valves & faucets with new battery-powered sensor operated fixtures.
