About the Project
Tellepsen successfully completed this fourteen story, Class A office building which is owned and managed by MetroNational, located in Memorial City. As one of three office towers in the Memorial City Plaza complex totaling 927,000 square-feet, this project was safely constructed on an occupied multi-building campus. Great care was taken to minimize disruption to existing tenants as well as ensure the safety of our workers and partners and the general public who continued to occupy and utilize the surrounding facilities.
